Creasti: Saving Made Simple, Fun, and Rewarding
CSU Graduate Student Showcase
Presented Creasti at the Colorado State University Graduate Student Showcase, introducing the app as a behavioral savings platform designed to make saving money simple, social, and rewarding. The presentation explained why many people struggle to save consistently, including emergency savings gaps, the difficulty of building financial habits alone, and the limitations of traditional finance apps that track money without changing behavior. Creasti was presented as a solution that combines gamified savings challenges, family and friend collaboration, an AI savings coach, receipt-based insights, streaks, badges, and shared goals. The showcase presentation highlighted Creasti’s impact and differentiation through behavioral science, social motivation, and AI-powered financial guidance. It also presented the app’s long-term vision: a world where saving feels effortless, families build financial confidence, children learn money skills early, and anyone can develop strong financial habits.
