A 50 year Governance Plan for Haiti

1 Problem Addressed

222 years after becoming the first black country to be free in the world, Haiti is still in a survival phase with no real progress, while the rest of the world is moving so quickly in its development. In each election or transitional period, the newly elected people in the government always come as if nothing existed before them, because there is no national vision for the country.

2 Proposed Solution

I propose that we use the internet to host the national conference on a 50-year governance plan for the country.

3 Expected Impact

Have a long-term plan that serves as the foundation for all propositions.
